Water, Water....Everywhere! It's Time to Check Your Sump Pump

We're always trying to bring information to you, and as the season changes here in Northern NJ, and as we hear our New Jersey sump pump trying to keep up with the water that is melting into the ground from the tremendous amount of snow we had, we thought that now would be a great time to remind you to check your pumps! Sump Pumps, Condensate Pumps, Condensate Removal Pumps, Laundry Tray Pumps, there's an assortment and they are all mechanical and subject to equipment failure.

Here's a post we wrote last year....just as relevant as ever!
Be sure to call your local contractor and have your pumps checked out. An ounce of effort, as they say, is worth a pound of cure. And, it sure beats a flooded basement!

Stay Dry!

Spring is Coming! It's Time to Think About Scheduling Your Professional Air Conditioning Tune-Up

In New Jersey, the snow is finally melting after a long span of white snow--carpeted lawns. With days quickly fleeting, we'll bet you haven't give much thought to the air conditioning system in your house, the equipment that sits idly from October through March without notice, without consideration. But, the very first day that Mother Nature decides to remind you that warm weather is on its way, or the very first hot day that is the precursor to summer, will no doubt, awaken your thoughts!

Now is the time to start thinking about your Annual Air Conditioning Tune-Up Service. Maintaining your central air conditioning is the best way to ensure it's proper performance the summer when its needed most to provide comfort for you and your family!

Last year around this time, we wrote an article on air conditioning maintenance and service. We thought we'd remind you! Be sure to call your cooling contractor and have a professional 'tune-up' your AC system! Wishing you a great spring to come!
